MISHAWAKA, Ind.--- Pella Windows and doors is hosting its first ever Claus and Cookies event on Saturday from 9 a.m. until noon. The event looks to spread holiday cheer while raising money for the Center for Hospice Care.
Families will be able to decorate cookies, enjoy holiday music, and get a picture with Santa. The first 10 families to donate to the Center for Hospice Care will receive a free gingerbread house kit.
Organizers say they wanted to not only provide a family friendly activity this holiday season, but also give back to families of terminally ill patients. Saturday's event is free to the public.
