STEVENSVILLE, Mich. - October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and Peat’s Cider Social and Berrien County Cancer Service are teaming up to fight the disease with the Spare Some Change for Cancer event Wednesday night.

Two of the event’s organizers stopped by ABC57 News to share more about the heart behind the event and how it's helping Berrien County Cancer Service support those battling cancer.

The event runs from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at Peat’s Cider Social, located at 6201 Red Arrow Highway in Stevensville.

Admission is $10 per person and includes bowling. Food and drinks will be sold separately.
