NILES, Mich. -- The Niles City Council are allegedly putting restrictions on the number of marijuana retailers.
On today's meeting City leaders discussed about putting the decision on November's ballot and letting the community decide.
The final decision was yes after all council members voted yes.
Currently there's five licensed retailers and this could become the new cap.
