SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The ribbon will be cut on South Bend's newest charter school this week!
Friday at 4P.M, you can visit Paramount School for the first time.
The ribbon cutting ceremony will include speeches from Paramount leaders and other excited community members.
There will be light refreshments served while you tour the new changes made to the old Tarkington School Building.
The school is now 100% solar powered, adding to South Bend's initiative of going green.
Remodeling has also been done on the classrooms and gym, which now features the original wood and the same games painted on the gym floor back when the school first opened in the 1960's.
Students will officially have their first day at the charter school on August 1st!
If you're interested in enrolling your K-6th grader, you can call 574-274-4785 to speak with enrollment specialists!
