Open-class returns to the St. Joseph County 4-H Fair

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- Open-class has returned to the St. Joseph County 4-H Fair for adults ages 18 and older who are not eligible for entry into 4-H.

Participants can enter as many categories as they want, such as antiques, baking, sewing, woodworking, food preservation, quilts, hand-made goods, holiday decorations, photography and more.

Open-class submissions cost $1 per category, and entries should be brought to the south end of the Esther Singer Building at the fairgrounds.

Categories excluding baked goods should be brought to the fairgrounds on Monday between 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Baked foods should be brought on July 3 between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.

The fair lasts from July 1 through July 9.
