One injured in shooting near Jefferson Apartments

ABC 57 SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The South Bend Violent Crimes Unit is investigating a shooting that happened Saturday near the Jefferson Apartments.
Police were dispatched to the 300 block of Rue Flambeau Street around 9:45 p.m. Officers reported one person was injured and taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
SBPD confirms the case is under investigation, no word on any suspects involved in the situation.
