One hospitalized after car clips corner of the Civil Rights Heritage Center

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- On Sunday, May 4, a vehicle clipped the corner of the Civil Rights Heritage Center in the 1000 block of Washington St.

According to South Bend Police Department, the vehicle hit the building at 7:15 a.m. and the driver was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

A tow truck was already called to the scene to remove the vehicle.

There was no considerable damage to the building.
