ST, JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- ‘On-Site Prayer Ministry’ will hold a vigil outside Granger Community Church to remember 23-year-old Delaney Crosby.
The vigil takes place Thursday, Oct. 15 at 5:30 p.m. in the far west parking lot of Granger Community Church.
Crosby was shot and killed inside University Park Mall on Saturday, Sept. 12. Police say Crosby was arguing with the suspect’s friends when the suspect, 21-year-old Dazhon Howard, pulled a gun from a backpack while standing behind someone. He came out from behind that person and opened fire. Crosby was hit and died at the scene.
Howard faces a murder charge in Crosby’s death. He turned himself in late last month.
