NOTRE DAME -- Ind. -- Notre Dame's Fighting Irish Basketball teams are debuting a new logo, designed and crafted by a local wood artist.
On Wednesday, ABC57's Summer Horan spoke with Ike Wynter, the wood artist in question based out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. They discussed Wynter's work, how he uses 100% reclaimed and untouched wood, and what led him to working on Notre Dame's new logo.
If you would like to see the new leprechaun logo, you can check out Purell Pavillion at the men's basketball team's game against the Idaho Vandals on Wednesday at 7 p.m. or the women's team's game on Thursday at 7 p.m.
To see more of Wynter's work and look at what he's doing next, you can check out his website.
