SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Notre Dame and Toledo have never played each other in football. With that in mind, Coach Brian Kelly said the Irish are not going to underestimate their Mid American Conference opponent.

The last time the Irish played a MAC team was back in 2019. Notre Dame beat Bowling Green by a score of 52 to 0.
