SOUTH BEND, Ind. --At the University of Notre Dame, Irishsat had its payload guidance and recovery system, Iris, picked by NASA as one of two undergraduate projects.
Back in August, NASA put the system abord its balloon-borne astronomical observatory for a test flight.
