New Tolson Center celebrates first Christmas with wrapping event

ELKHART, Ind. - The brand-new Tolson Community Center in Elkhart’s art studio was transformed into a workshop where Santa’s helpers could finish up last minute wrapping while children watched the Grinch in another room as they countdown the final days to Christmas.
