MISHAWAKA, Ind. – A new restaurant and bar, Absolutely, has officially opened in downtown Mishawaka on February 18.
Formerly called Roc’s Bar and Grill, the restaurant underwent a remodel after being bought by Jim Sellenburg.
The bar will feel different and more alive than any bar in the area, Sellenburg said.
“We’re the only bar on this corner that I know that brings in band from out of state. Especially larger named bands that are backed from different companies,” head cook John Ray said.
Absolutely has a sports bar and draft beer as well as plans to bring in locally brewed beer.
