ST. JOSEPH, Mich. – Despite all the shutdowns happening around the nation due to the pandemic, one local butcher shop is finding a way to open its doors this fall. State Streets Meats is set to bring gourmet meats and more to downtown St. Joseph.
The owner, Kenneth Kozminski, says the butcher shop is being designed to give the public exactly what they are looking for in beef, pork, chicken, lamb, and more.
Meat for the butcher shop comes from local suppliers raised as humanely as possible.
They will offer both cord-fed and grass-fed beef as well as free range chickens, with antibiotic
The plan for State Street Meats is to open their doors by Thanksgiving.
