New Hampshire man arrested after soliciting explicit content from underage girls in Marshall County
MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- The Concord, N.H. Police Department announced in July, a detective with the Marshall County Sheriff's Department notified them of a person believed to be in Concord who used online services to entice and solicit explicit content from underage girls in Marshall County.
The report states a second complaint was made to CPD around the same time with a similar allegation.
Police say a search warrant was executed which led to the discovery of another juvenile victim in Belgrade, Mont.
Authorities say with help from the Belgrade Police Department the victim was found and interviewed.
Police say the multi-month, multi-jurisdictional investigation led to probable cause being established and an arrest warrant issued for Concord resident 29-year-old Austin Holton.
Holton is charged with Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Images (Felony) X 7, Criminal Solicitation for the Manufacture of Child Sexual Abuse Images (Felony) X 2, and Certain Uses of Computer Services Prohibited (Felony) X 2.
Holton was taken to CPD where he was processed without incident.
Police say Holton then refused the services of a bail commissioner and was taken to the Merrimack County House of Corrections.
Holton is scheduled to be arraigned in the Concord District Court on Nov. 27.
CPD is asking anyone with information pertaining to this incident to contact Detective Dana Dexter of the Computer Crimes Unit.
