Tuesday could be the first 80-degree day of 2021, that would be over two weeks ahead of the typical seasonal first. The warm weather lasts through Wednesday before showers and cooler, but still seasonably mild weather this weekend. The best chance of rain is Thursday, but the pattern stays active through Saturday morning with a chance of rain. Early estimates, range from a quarter to three-quarters-of-an-inch of much needed rainfall.
Tonight: Partly cloudy. Low 56.
Tuesday: Mostly sunny. High 79.
Wednesday: Increasing clouds. Showers late. High 78.
Thursday: Showers. High 70
