CASS COUNTY, Mich. -- Five people are facing drug-related charges following the execution of a search warrant late Tuesday night in Jefferson Township.

The Cass County Sheriff's Office reports the Drug Enforcement Team, along with K9 Sitka, and the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Tribal Police Department, executed the warrant in the 20000 block of Pine Lake Street around 11 p.m.

The search resulted in the seizure of 1.5 grams of methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia.

Deputies arrested a 41-year-old woman, a 28-year-old man, a 25-year-old man, and a 38-year-old man for Possession of Methamphetamine.  Detectives also arrested a 62-year-old-woman for Operating/Maintaining a Drug House. 

The suspects' names are withheld pending arraignment.

The investigation is ongoing.
