Saturday, June 29, 2024
A muggy evening is ahead with pop-up showers and storms, especially near and south of US-30. Some could be strong to severe, but the severe threat is very isolated this evening. Otherwise, skies will clear out tonight until daybreak when a batch of clouds pass through again. Humidity drastically falls tonight which will send overnight lows to near 60 degrees. Sunday will be very cool for this time of year, only reaching the upper 60s in the afternoon. It will also be breezy with very dangerous waves on Lake Michigan. Monday will stay mostly clear and in the mid 70s before 80s return on Tuesday. Isolated to scattered storms are possible Tuesday through Friday with higher humidity. As of now, Independence Day could be disrupted by stormy weather.
Tonight: Clearing and comfortable. Low 60.
Sunday: Very cool, breezy, and mostly sunny. High 68.
Monday: Mostly sunny and pleasant. High 76.
Tuesday: Isolated storm otherwise partly cloudy. High 82.
