Motorists asked to avoid Cleveland Road and Capital Avenue for stopped train

ABC 57 ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- The St. Joseph County Police Department is asking motorist to avoid Cleveland Road near Capital Avenue due to a broken-down train blocking the grade crossing as of 8:30 a.m., Thursday.
Police say it could take about an hour and a half to fix.
