MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- Mishawaka Police and Fire Departments responded to a serious crash involving a motorcycle and passenger car around 3:45 a.m. on July 13.
The motorcycle was driven by a 32-year-old male from South Bend and the driver of the passenger car is a 29-year-old Mishawaka resident.
Both vehicles were traveling westbound on Milburn Boulevard when the collision occurred at the 1800 block of Milburn Boulevard.
The motorcycle driver crashed into the rear of the passenger car and sustained head injuries along with a broken leg.
He was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
It is unknown if alcohol or drugs are a factor in the crash.
The crash remains under investigation, and any witnesses to this crash are asked to call the Mishawaka Police Department Traffic Bureau at 574-259-2966.
