Months-long narcotics investigation leads to two arrests, seizure of variety of drugs and gun
Fulton County Jail: Kayla Graham, Adam Richard FULTON COUNTY, Ind. -- A 43-year-old Rochester man and 33-year-old Twelve Mile, Indiana woman are facing multiple drug charges following a months-long investigation.
The Fulton County Sheriff's Office reports a months-long narcotics investigation in partnership with local and state law enforcement ended on Tuesday.
Members of the sheriff's office and assisting agencies executed a search warrant at a home in the 1200 block of West C.R. 375 North.
As a result of the search, 2.06 pounds of methamphetamine, 27.3 pounds of marijuana, 3 grams of suspected psilocybin mushrooms, suspected LSD, drug paraphernalia, and a firearm were found and seized.
The primary target of the investigation, Adam Richard, was arrested and taken to the Fulton County Jail.
Richard is preliminarily charged with three counts of Dealing in Methamphetamine, as a Level 2 Felony, three counts of Possession of Methamphetamine, as a Level 3 Felony, and Maintaining a Common Nuisance, as a Level 6 Felony.
The other suspect, Kayla Graham, was also found inside the home.
Graham was arrested and taken to the Fulton County Jail.
Graham's preliminary charge is Possession of Methamphetamine Over 5 Grams, a Level 5 Felony.
