Mishawaka drivers can expect road restrictions

MISHAWAKA, Ind. - If you drive on Ironwood Road from Milburn to Ewing, you are going to see some barricades up in the northbound lanes.



Give yourself a little extra time as you travel along this stretch of road on Thursday and Friday.



The Milburn Boulevard neighborhood is undergoing some rehabilitation work. The city wants to remind all drivers to observe all signage and to drive slowly through the restricted areas. Sewer cleaning crews will be working on several streets the next couple of days.



Here is a breakdown:


September 1 - Russell Avenue from West 6th Street to Milburn Boulevard, Queensboro Avenue from Delaware Street to Dragoon Trail.



September 2 - Berlin Avenue from Delaware Street to Milburn Boulevard Geyer Avenue from Delaware Street to Milburn Boulevard.



Residents in those areas are asked to limit their water uses for the day.
