Mishawaka Clay Street railway crossing closing for resurfacing

MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- A railway crossing in Mishawaka is temporarily closed for road work.

The city announced that the Clay Street crossing between W. Jefferson Boulevard and Broadway Street is closing starting today, May 4. This is so crews can resurface the area. Barriers will be up as crews work.

Weather permitting, the closure is expected to last until the evening of May 15. The city encourages drivers to instead use the Liberty Drive and Logan Street railroad crossings.
