Enjoy another mild day this weekend, with mostly sunny skies and a high temperature around 78 this afternoon. Temperatures start in the upper 50s this morning, then reaches the 70 degree mark by noon. You might want a jacket to start off the morning.
It’s still breezy today, with wind 5-10 miles per hour across Michiana. It is another red flag day at Lake Michigan with dangerous swim conditions. Wind and waves dies down overnight. The green flag will fly Monday and Tuesday.
Temperatures overnight dip into the mid 50s with partly cloudy skies. Monday is dry with a high around 82. Tuesday afternoon we will see scattered showers and thunderstorms, which continue into early Wednesday. There is a chance for a few showers or a thunderstorm Thursday afternoon. Friday is mostly sunny and dry.
Looking ahead-- the three day holiday weekend looks mostly dry with daytime high temperatures in the mid to upper 70s, which is great for any outdoor plans you might have for Labor Day.
