Michigan Works! to reopen Benton Harbor facility following mold remediation

BENTON HARBOR, Mich. -- Michigan Works! Berrien, Cass, Van Buren announced it will reopen its Benton Harbor facility on Thursday, following mold remediation efforts.

Paul Kirk, Vice President of Workforce at Michigan Works!, said the facility's team served individuals remotely the past few weeks out of an abundance of caution.

“We’re excited to get back in our space and resume our normal operations at the 499 building in Benton Harbor," said Kirk.

The Bridge Academy of Southwest Michigan is also located in the same facility, and will resume normal operations on Tuesday, Nov. 12.
