Michigan City shooting leaves one injured Wednesday morning

ABC 57 MICHIGAN CITY, Ind. -- The Michigan City Police Department reports officers responded to a shooting in the 1300 block of Franklin Street around 4:48 a.m., Wednesday for a reported shooting.
Police arrived to find one person injured from the shooting.
The incident remains under investigation, and the detective bureau was on scene.
Authorities say there's no known threat to the public at this time.
