Mayor James Muller set to deliver 2026 State of the City address

Indiana University South Bend SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Mayor James Muller is set to deliver his 2026 State of the City address on Thursday, March 26, at 6 p.m.
The event will take place at Indiana University South Bend in the Joshi Performance Hall.
The address is free and open to the public.
