Mayor Buttigieg delivers final State of the City Address

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg delivered his annual State of the City Address at the Morris Performing Arts Center in downtown South Bend.
This year's address was a little different because the 37-year-old mayor is exploring a run for president.
Mayor Buttigieg is expected to tout the progress made in his hometown during his seven years in office.
The mayor held a department head meeting Tuesday morning to get updated on city issues before his address.
