Mayor Buttigieg tweets President Trump should resign

Following President Donald J. Trump's meeting and press conference with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Helsinki, South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg defended the intelligence community on Twitter and called for Trump's resignation.
