Man runs from Niles police, uses hacksaw to cut off his cuffs

NILES, Mich. -- This man is now locked up in the Berrien County Jail.
Police said 19-year-old Kelex Jackson ran from police while in handcuffs, following a traffic stop.
They said he assaulted an officer, broke into a shed, and used a hacksaw to cut off his cuffs.
He was later found hiding in a home in Edwardsburg.
