Man charged with three counts of Child Molesting in South Bend
St. Joseph County Superior Court ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- A 54-year-old man has been charged with three counts of Child Molesting in South Bend.
On Nov. 7, the Indiana Department of Child Services received a report of multiple children being molested by Jamison Eads.
Court documents show a total of three victims told authorities the molestations occurred over the course of several years.
The following contains details some may find disturbing.
During a forensic interview, one of the victims stated they'd witnessed one of the other children be touched.
The victims revealed Eads had allegedly engaged in various sexual acts with them, including oral sex and intercourse.
The probable cause affidavit states on Nov. 14, one victim wrote in their school journal, “Jamison is did sex with me. Jamison made me put my mouth on it.”
Eads is charged with three counts of Child Molesting as Level 3 Felonies and two counts of Child Molesting where defendant is at least 21 years of age as Level 1 Felonies.
Eads' initial hearing is set for Jan. 14, 2026.
