Man caught with pants down, arrested on multiple charges

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- The Marshall County Sheriff's Office reports deputies responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle and person in the 10000 block of Hawthorn Road on Sunday around 3:30 p.m.

The caller told police an unconscious man with his pants down was in the vehicle and he was possibly armed with a firearm.

Upon arrival, deputies say the man became conscious and was identified as 35-year-old Christopher Montgomery.

The report states Montgomery was suspected of being under the influence of alcohol and drugs.

Deputies say they found open alcoholic containers and suspected drugs in the vehicle.

The report states Montgomery then resisted law enforcement.

Montgomery was then taken to Plymouth Hospital for his injuries and a chemical test.

Montgomery was then booked into the Marshall County Jail for Resisting Law Enforcement, Operating a Vehicle with an ACE of 1.5 or More, and Possession of Marijuana.

His bond was set at $1,505.
