According to the probable cause affidavit, at around 1:19 a.m. on Nov. 17, a Plymouth police sergeant noticed the sign for an attorney located on North Center St. had been spray painted.
Police say one side was tagged with black paint. It read "SLUT," while the other side said, "Whore work here slut."
Authorities then contacted the attorney who then contacted his secretary.
The secretary then reported similar damage to her property.
At the secretary's home on Pennsylvania Avenue, it was found both her cars' tires had been slashed, and the word "SLUT" was spray painted in black on her driveway.
At around 7:32 a.m., an officer responded to St. Michaels Catholic Church. Someone had spray painted "F*** CATHOLICS" in black on the front porch.
Authorities noticed the handwriting and coloring were similar to the previous locations.
The secretary mentioned she had a previous friendship with Daniels. Police then interviewed Daniels around 10 a.m. after reading him his Miranda Rights.
Police say Daniels admitted to spray painting at all three locations and slashing the tires on the secretary's cars.
Investigators asked Daniels if there were any other places that he painted, to which he stated yes, he'd crossed out "Jesus Saves" on the tailgate of a white Ford pickup truck at his apartment complex and then painted "F*** JESUS."
An officer later located said truck and photographed the damage before contacting the truck's owner.
