KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. -- Court documents from Kosciusko County reveal a 34-year-old man was arrested after allegedly exposing himself and masturbating in front of two girls at a Warsaw business on Feb. 6.

The suspect, Rasheen Boyd, has been charged with two counts of Performance Before a Minor That Is Harmful to Minors, Level 6 Felonies.

Boyd's initial hearing is scheduled for Thursday.

Documents state on Feb. 6, Kosciusko County dispatch received a call regarding a Black man with dreadlocks wearing a yellow and black coat sitting at a table masturbating and exposing himself at a business in Warsaw.

Warsaw police officers responded to the scene to find Boyd, who matched the description.

Boyd informed police he didn't know why law enforcement was called.

Boyd told authorities his pants were on, he scratched his groin, and his genitals weren't out.

Police spoke to employees at the business who told them Boyd had been coming into the store for about a month and that he made uncomfortable comments to both staff and patrons.

Employees told police that day Boyd was at the counter making a purchase when the two girls walked in. Employees told authorities that's when Boyd commented about the "beautiful ladies."

Boyd is said to have then offered to let them order ahead of him.

On Feb. 7, investigators spoke with the two victims who corroborated what employees told police.

The victims then informed police they declined to go ahead of him and once they sat down Boyd sat at table near them.

It's at this point that both victims said they saw Boyd pull his genitals out and begin to masturbate.

The victims then left the business.
