An 18-person delegation in charge of managing the Notre Dame - Navy football game in Ireland next year is on campus this weekend. Padraic O'Kane, the CEO of the organizing committee, and Michael D’Arcy, joined Allison Hayes on ABC57 Saturday Kickoff.
