Lawsuits filed in meningitis outbreak

A lawsuit was filed against the company allegedly responsible for the meningitis outbreak.
Indiana attorneys filed suit against New England Compounding Center for the deaths of several Hoosiers.
The attorneys believe that since it takes 90 days to take effect, more people might start coming forward.
So far, 35 cases of meningitis and two deaths linked to the steroid injections have been reported in Indiana.
