Lasalle Avenue water main repair starting Thursday

South Bend SOUTH BEND, Ind. - Eastbound lanes of LaSalle Avenue from Sycamore Street to Niles Avenue will be closed for a water main repair, starting Thursday, April 27, in South Bend.
Westbound LaSalle Avenue will be restricted to one lane.
Eastbound traffic will detour south on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, then east on Colfax Avenue to Niles Avenue.
The finish date is set for Friday, April 28, weather permitting.
