GOSHEN, Ind.-- La Casa will break ground on Nov. 7 for the first three buildings of a new seven-building affordable housing development on Lakeview Drive, near the Oaklawn campus.
The project aims to support vulnerable residents, including those transitioning from Oaklawn, individuals facing chronic homelessness, and young adults aging out of foster care.
“This development meets the need for affordable housing and essential support services,” said Jeremy Stutsman, Lacasa President and CEO.
Funded by the Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority and the City of Goshen, the project is a collaborative effort with Oaklawn and Bashor.
