Kosciusko County Emergency Management Agency KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. -- The Kosciusko County Emergency Management Agency announced the county has been deemed a StormReady county by the National Weather Service and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
The county was originally recognized as StormReady in August, but due to the government shutdown, the designation wasn't recognized until Tuesday at the Kosciusko County Commissioner's Meeting.
Dustin Norman and Lonnie Fisher from NWS Northern Indiana presented the designation at the meeting.
