KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. -- Leaders in Kosciusko County are taking more action against Flock cameras.

The county commissioners unanimously voted to void the county's contract with Flock by the end of 2026. This comes shortly after the county council voted to not appropriate funds for Flock services for 2027 or 2028. The county prosecutor's office had also instructed camera agencies to take down and stop using Flock cameras in future criminal cases.

The vote also directs the county to not make any further calendar payments. A written notice will also be given to Flock that the termination is effective at the end of the 2026 fiscal year.

The commissioners also dissolved a donation fund that was meant to maintain Flock usage.
