NILES, Mich. – The coach of a kids’ flag football team was caught on camera punching a man standing on the sidelines during a game last weekend.
The victim told police he was watching the game at “The Sports Warehouse” on Terminal Road when the suspect, identified by a police report as Travis Linn, got angry about a call.
The video shows Linn yelling at the refs and being escorted off the field.
Linn then stops in front of a man standing on the sidelines and punches him, knocking him to the ground.
When we reached out to the organizers of the flag football league, they had no comment due to the ongoing investigation.
