South Bend Community Police Review Board met Thursday night
SOUTH BEND, Ind. - Though eight former Notre Dame players had the chance to impress scouts at the NFL Combine, there were several others who got their first opportunity back on campus at Pro Day.
17 Irish alumni participated, including some who had previously transferred out of the program, and they performed in front of representatives of all 32 NFL teams.
Some highlights included All-American cornerback Julian Love improving his 40-yard dash time from 4.54 at the Combine to 4.45 at Pro Day; punter Tyler Newsome bench-pressing 225 pounds for 30 reps.
