SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- ABC57's Biran Conybeare spoke with Dr. Mark Fox, Dean of the Indiana University School of Medicine in South Bend and former St. Joseph County Health Officer, on the topic of the CDC's vote to stop recommending the Hepatitis B vaccination to newborns.
