Indiana voter registration deadline is approaching fast

INDIANA- Voters have a few more days to register before the upcoming elections.

The deadline for Indiana voters to register for the municipal elections on November 5 is Monday, October 7.

If voters are registering in the county clerk’s office, they have until the close of business Monday to do so by submitting an application.

If they are registering online, they have until midnight the same day by using the Indiana Voters app or by visiting www.IndianaVoters.com.

The website will also allow voters to look up their Indiana polling location as well as find out who is on their ballot.

In order to be eligible to register to vote, you must:

    • be a citizen of the United States,

    • be at least 18 years old by Election Day,

    • have lived in your precinct for at least 30 days before the election; and

    • not currently be imprisoned after being convicted of a crime.
