Indiana Supreme Court Chief Justice tests positive for COVID-19

INDIANAPOLIS—Indiana Supreme Court Chief Justice Loretta Rush has tested positive for COVID-19, the Indiana Supreme Court said Monday.

Rush tested positive on September 13 after a family member tested positive.

The Indiana Supreme Court said that Rush is in self-quarantine and is working remotely.

Rush has not been to the statehouse since September 1.

The Indiana Supreme Court and Clerk’s Office are remaining open with health precautions in place.
