DELPHI, Ind. -- Indiana State Police announced on Friday that they will be holding a media briefing to update the public about a Delphi homicide investigation.
Police will share information with the media and public regarding the February 2017 murders of Liberty German and Abigail Williams.
Indiana State Police Superintendent Doug Carter will make a statement about a reported “new direction” of the homicide investigation.
The two teenage girls were found murdered after going on a hike in Delphi.
Their murders remain unsolved.
Police have remained tight-lipped about the circumstances surrounding their deaths.
The briefing will take place on Monday, April 22 at noon in Delphi. ABC 57 will have a crew in Delphi for the announcement.
