PORTER COUNTY, Ind. -- The Indiana Dunes State Park remains without power Tuesday afternoon following Monday's severe weather, according to park officials.

Officials say there's still no restoration timeline and several roads in the park remain impassable due to fallen trees.

Park crews are continuing to clear debris from the roads after working into the night Monday.

The park Nature Center and Dunes Gift Shop are closed for Tuesday and there will be limited access to restrooms.

There is also no update on the park's trail access at this time.
