Indiana AG files licensing complaint against New England pharmacy

INDIANAPOLIS — The Indiana State Attorney General has filed a licensing complaint against the Massachusetts pharmacy responsible for the fungal meningitis outbreak last year.

Back in November, the state pharmacy board voted to suspend its license to operate in Indiana.

This complaint could lead to additional action.

Thirty-seven people have died and 568 mengitis cases have been reported across the country.
