SOUTH BEND, Ind. - Impact Kids Daycare at the Christ Temple Apostolic Church has not had a playground for nearly a year, but that might not be the case for much longer.
The daycare is holding a fundraiser at 4 p.m. today to raise money for their playground.
The program's director, Allison Upham, hopes the proposed improvements to the playground would be the gift that keeps on giving for years to come.
"As the Director, seeing something happening, it would just mean that we were growing and developing, and we’re able to pour into a new generation of kids that hopefully will someday pour into somebody else," said Upham. "So, it’s just a generational effect that I would be thrilled to see."
The event would not only allow you to spend your money on a good cause, it would also give you a chance to have some fun.
Carnival games, food trucks, and bounce houses highlight a few of the festivities that will be available at the fundraiser.
You can visit their website for more information on the daycare.
