I&M reports power outages in Elkhart County

Indiana Michigan Power says a transformer at a substation failed and caused approximately 3,000 customers to lose power.
As of 5:30 p.m., 438 customers remain without power.
The power outage boundaries are:
N – Belvedere Rd
S – Bristol St
E – Violet Rd
W – County Rd 7 N
